Our story is, above all, the story of a shared vision: to be the home of Italian Frozen Bakery. We began our journey in the early 1980s thanks to the resourcefulness of Sabato Bruno, our founder. Armed with dedication and passion for our work, we succeeded in transforming a small pastry kitchen in Castel San Giorgio, on the outskirts of Salerno, into a recognised and respected business in the Frozen Bakery sector.

Today, that small kitchen has evolved into a highly technological production site. A success story owing not only to Sabato’s pioneering spirit, but also to the innovative approach of the new generation. Together with Antonino, Ivan and Alessandro – our founder's sons – we have invested in cutting-edge technologies for the production, preservation and distribution of our products. In this way, day after day, we are laying the foundations for our continued and steady growth.
